Residential Power Washing

Whole House Hot Water Wash:

Is your house green, black, or just dirty?

Our power washing pros evaluate your siding material, the growth, and the severity of encapsulation and custom mix bio-degradable chemicals to clean you house.  The combination of the right chemical and correct temperature safely removes growth and staining from the sides of you home.  The process continues after we are finished and delays new growth from taking hold far longer than just water.  Our water can be heated to over 200 degrees, if needed.  Chemicals are applied using low pressure (about the same a city water pressure), allowed to do their work, then rinsed off harmlessly.  As a result, most plants and shrubs are not damaged.  (Some more delicate plants may be damaged by the heat, please take precautions to preserve your plants.)  Detailed exterior window cleaning is included.  Frame, sills, and glazing are cleaned with 200+ degree water to melt off debris and impurities and dry quickly.  High pressure is not used; we power wash homes, not pressure wash.  Our machines, while capable of high pressure, are dialed down and favor volume water instead of high pressure

Low-pressure Roof Cleaning:

What are those black streaks on my roof?

Those black streaks are actually a harmful mold called Gloeocaspa Magma. It is a species of cyanobacteria, which accumulates over time and feeds on asphalt and accumulated moisture in your shingles. If left untreated, the growth continues to hold moisture, causing premature aging, rotting and granule loss of your shingles.

During our onsite evaluation we take the weather, UV intensity, shingle material and age into account.  The team custom mixes the appropriate strength of bio-degradable biocides, bleaching agent, and surfactants to clean your roof in accordance with the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturer’s Association recommended procedures. In doing so, our cleaning process does not damage the shingles, un-like a high-pressure wash.  The cleaning process prolongs the life of your roof by removing the deep-rooted algae and biological growth.  By the time you see staining, the algae has been chewing into your roof for months.  Cleaning your roof now will stop that process and delay the recurrence.  Our cleaning system continues to work after application and is reactivated with rain for several storms helping get a deeper clean.  After the roof is clean, we flush the gutters!  If you have a roof clean, we HIGHLY recommend a house wash to remove debris from the siding and window sills.

Utilizing high pressure, high heat, oxidizers, and surfactants along with a variety of tools, we clean the discoloration, lichen, mold, mildew and grime from your patio, porch, retaining wall, or other hard durable surface.
